PILBARA PORT AUTHORITY WORKSHOP
Based in Port Hedland, and located at the port, we delivered electrical, communications, fire detection and access control to this new purpose built building for the ongoing maintenance at the port.

This was the second such project we have undertaken for PPA in the last two years
PARABURDOO COMMUNITY HUB
A new community hub was constructed in this remote mining town inclusive of air-conditioned multi sport courts, extensive change room facilities, gym and function centre as well as the refurbishment of an existing adjacent neighbourhood centre.

Use was made of KNX smart lighting control to enhance the already energy efficient LED lighting we installed. BLU was responsible for the major underground electrical works required, including realignment of existing Telstra services. From the ground up we installed light & power, communications, CCTV and access control cabling. as well as extensive carpark, pathway and landscape lighting.
DAFWA NORTHAM LABS AND GLASSHOUSES

An expansion of the laboratory and sample growing facilities for the Department of Agriculture and Food WA was undertaken at their site in the Wheatbelt town of Northam. Works comprised the refurbishemnt of some existing storage facilities into labs, as well as the construction of a new purpose built building (FROL) for futher testing and production.

Further to that, a number of glasshouses and greenhouses were also built.

Beyond the typical light and power installation, communications, access control and BMS, BLU was responsible for extensive site wide reticulation as well as upgrades to the existing fire detection system.
